About this event:

The Transition Advisory Network (TAN) provides ongoing collaboration, support, and learning opportunities to districts/staff around transition. Members have the opportunity to network with other districts and build a learning community around improving postsecondary outcomes for students with IEPs.

 Please note that the registration is free for TAN members (districts that have paid the annual TAN membership fee); if you are interested in joining, please contact Stacy Duffy at stacy.duffy@cesa2.org.
