CESA 2 offers an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Account (ICHRA) which allows employees to select their plan from the Healthcare.gov marketplace. Coverage for new employees is effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Eligibility: Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for the Wisconsin Retirement System are also eligible for life insurance through the WRS life insurance program.
Life insurance coverage begins six months after the first work day for new employees. CESA 2 pays 100% of the premium for basic coverage which is 1 time the employee’s annual salary.

CESA 2 pays 100% of the premium for long term disability insurance.

CESA 2 employees who are eligible are automatically enrolled in the Wisconsin Retirement System.

CESA 2 employees can make additional retirement contributions to a 457 deferred compensation plan or a 403b tax shelter.

CESA 2 has adopted a grievance procedure and grievance process that provides for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints by employees, students and other individuals alleging any action in violation of Title IX and/or its implementing regulations. The grievance procedure and grievance process are included in CESA 2 policy, 3122-R2 and 3122-R3. The policies address how to report or file a Complaint of Sexual Discrimination or a Formal Complaint of Sexual Harassment, and how CESA 2 will respond.
