The CESA 2 Strategic Innovation for Learning Team can also help your school meet key standards. This includes the WI Information and Technology Literacy Standards, such as custom learning experiences to intentionally design learning experiences that focus both on subject content and Information and Technology Literacy Standards by using standard crosswalks. We can also help you meet WI Computer Science Standards through CS4ALL workshops that provide CS district leadership teams with the tools and resources to analyze current implementation and execute further equitable opportunities to meet the Computer Science Standards.

The CESA 2 Strategic Innovation for Learning Team can assist schools to implement systems, designs, and audits. This includes:
AI System Implementation: Our team will lead the process of designing a district framework that encompasses any or all of the following - policy, ethical usage/academic integrity, privacy and security, educational pedagogy, productivity, and efficiency.
Educational Technology Integration, Program Evaluation and Design: CESA 2 consultants will help lead purposeful device implementation that supports all learners. We can evaluate how devices are being leveraged, including instructional pedagogy, classroom environments and management while identifying strengths and opportunities for growth with digital implementation.
Blended Learning Implementation: Our team will support the design of a classroom that leverages the blended learning models. These models incorporate pedagogy to drive intentional use of digital devices and strategies.
Learner-Centered Practices: Our center will support the creation of educational environments where learner agency is fostered. Methods to support strategic and intentional learning that is relevant for each learner is the focus of shifting pedagogy. Micro-credentials and online learning is available.

Need Library Media Specialist services? A CESA 2 licensed LMS can purchase using Common School Funds, catalog, curate a 24/7 LMC presence or resource lists, etc. Purchase LMS services per project or as a set number of contract days.

The Strategic Innovation for Learning Center is equipped with structures and strategies to support district leaders to implement digital learning based on the WI Digital Learning Framework. In alignment with the WI Digital Learning Framework, the Future Ready Schools Framework provides districts access to a digital dashboard, project management, stakeholder surveys, and district outcomes all focused around the learner.
