Mentor Training

About this event:

This workshop will prepare your mentors with a broad overview of mentoring strategies and resources. Participants who attend will learn about coaching language and stances to help communicate with others. They will familiarize themselves with the Optimal Learning Environment and create a plan for how they will use it as their mentoring foundation. This event satisfies the DPI PI 34 requirement for mentors, but is not part of the NTC mentor certification series.
