About this event:
A DPI-aligned, grant-funded teacher observer recalibration and recertification opportunity for eligible CESA 2 state-model evaluators and observers who previously completed initial state-model certification. Participants complete Part I, the DPI online recertification module, asynchronously before the facilitated session. During the workshop, participants revisit and apply the 2022 Danielson Framework for Teaching, sharpen evidence collection and alignment, engage in Part II collaborative observation, calibration, and reflection, surface problems of practice, and strengthen growth-focused feedback conversations. The design supports required recertification through focused recalibration of evaluator practice.
