About this event:

The Transition Advisory Network (TAN) provides ongoing collaboration, support, and learning opportunities to districts/staff around transition. Members have the opportunity to network with other districts and build a learning community around improving postsecondary outcomes for students with IEPs.

Please note this is a meeting only for districts that are part of the CESA 2 Transition Advisory Network and registration is free for TAN members.
