About this event:
Members of the DPI CTE team will provide comprehensive training for CTE educators on Non-Traditional Occupations (NTO) and related career and technical education topics. Participants will learn NTO definitions, analyze data, discover proactive solutions, discuss best practices, and receive supporting resources. Additional topics will include modernized career cluster information, Perkins V performance indicator information, and an overview on size, scope and quality (SSQ).
NTO: for which individuals from one gender comprise less than 25 percent of the individuals employed in each such occupation or field of work.
