About this event:
A facilitated recalibration collaborative for previously certified Effectiveness Project evaluators to complete and apply the current fall or spring EP recertification course,
strengthen rater reliability, and document district calibration. Administrative teams analyze evidence, apply the appropriate EP 2.0 performance standards and rubrics, discuss rating decisions, surface problems of practice, and strengthen Rapid Cycle Feedback and growth-focused conversations. The design supports the required biannual recertification requirements through the biannual recalibration expected of EP evaluators.
