About this event:
The CESA 2 Director of Instruction Leadership Network is a year-long professional learning community designed for Directors of Instruction, Curriculum Directors, Teaching & Learning Leaders, Federal Programs Directors, and other district instructional leaders.
Meeting monthly throughout the school year, this network supports leaders in designing coherent district systems that improve outcomes for every learner through the integration of Systems for Inclusive Learning, Educator Effectiveness, Title I, ESSA School Improvement, Wisconsin MLSS, and Continuous Improvement.
Each session includes:
Regional updates and emerging trends
Leadership learning focused on a monthly improvement topic
Explicit connections to Educator Effectiveness, Title I, and ESSA School Improvement
Collaborative Problem of Practice discussions
Leadership Learning Lab for sharing tools, resources, and effective practices
Participants will leave with practical ideas, collaborative solutions, and stronger regional partnerships that support district improvement efforts.
