About this event:
The CESA 2 Principal Leadership Network is a year-long professional learning community for elementary, middle, and high school principals and assistant principals.
Meeting monthly throughout the school year, this network supports building leaders in creating inclusive school cultures and high-performing instructional systems through the integration of Systems for Inclusive Learning, Educator Effectiveness, Title I, ESSA School Improvement, Wisconsin MLSS, and Continuous Improvement.
Each session includes:
School updates and celebrations
Leadership learning connected to a monthly focus
Explicit Educator Effectiveness, Title I, and ESSA School Improvement connections
Collaborative Problem of Practice discussions
Leadership Learning Lab featuring district sharing and practical leadership tools
Participants will leave each meeting with actionable leadership strategies, collaborative solutions, and expanded regional partnerships that strengthen teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
