Molly Rilling

Molly Rilling is a Math Consultant and Instructional Coach with extensive experience in secondary mathematics and social studies education. She began her career as a 7th-grade math and social studies teacher before transitioning to high school mathematics instruction. Following her time in the classroom, Molly served as a High School Instructional Coach and later as a District Mathematics Coach.

Throughout her career, Molly has played an active role in building and district-level leadership, serving as an AVID Coordinator, PBIS Tier I Coach, ICS for Equity member, Technology Lead, and contributor to Culture and Climate teams.

Molly earned her Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin–Madison as part of the K–12 Leadership for Social Justice Cohort, where she also obtained her Administrative and Director of Curriculum & Instruction licenses. Through this program, she developed a deep commitment to advancing educational equity—particularly through systems analysis, data-informed decision-making, and implementation practices that foster inclusive and effective learning environments.
