Collaboration that Changes Practice

PLCs are engines for collective learning and continuous improvement—not meetings. We build coherence, clear cycles, and the conditions for collaborative inquiry to change practice (any model).

  • Do PLCs lead to changes in instruction and improved results, or mostly to planning?

  • Do teams have a clear Plan → Assess → Analyze → Act cycle with evidence?

  • Do we have facilitation and agreements that protect productive collaboration?

What this means:

WiMLSS requires alignment across Tier 1 instruction, intervention, data routines, and leadership decisions. SIL builds equity-driven systems for timely support without reactive referral patterns.
