Collaboration that Changes Practice
PLCs are engines for collective learning and continuous improvement—not meetings. We build coherence, clear cycles, and the conditions for collaborative inquiry to change practice (any model).
Do PLCs lead to changes in instruction and improved results, or mostly to planning?
Do teams have a clear Plan → Assess → Analyze → Act cycle with evidence?
Do we have facilitation and agreements that protect productive collaboration?
