Career, Community, and Life Readiness (CCLR)
The Future is CCLR!
Transform your school or district into a launchpad for student success beyond graduation with CESA 2’s CCLR educational system! By focusing on experiential learning, collaboration, and real-world connections, CCLR prepares students for life after school, equipping them with the skills they need for both career success and personal growth. This framework provides a meaning to each school day for your students, integrating your local and broader community throughout their education.
Our consultants will work with you to develop the roadmap and staff and community buy-in to create your unique CCLR education system. Our CCLR process centers on five key focus areas: Academic and Career Planning, Portrait of a Graduate, Equity & Access for CCL Readiness, Metrics & Data - Telling Your Story, and Portrait of a System.
