Micro-credentialing is an opportunity for educators to learn on their own time, pace, and place. Learning is structured in an online platform with learning experiences, research, and application. Learning is supported with email and video conference communication to enable clarity and success.
Note: This is not graded, instead criteria are met and strategies implemented. The participants will engage in a problem to solve in their classrooms and apply learning to solve that problem with an action research project. They will plan, implement, reflect, and adjust for their final project. A peer will provide feedback to their project for further dialogue and growth.
