Tracy Elger, Ed.S. is the Executive Director of Integrated Programs and Services and currently serves as the Senior Director for Student Behavior and Support. Tracy has been with CESA 2 since 2015. As Executive Director, she is responsible for aligning CESA 2 programs and services with district needs.

Tracy serves on the Executive Cabinet, which functions as the agency’s executive leadership council. Tracy has both a Master’s and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is licensed as a teacher, building principal, director of special education, and superintendent.
